1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions of Muelenn Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"), the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
- Announcement: All elements and data (visual, textual, sound, photographs, drawings) presented by an Advertiser under their sole responsibility, for the purpose of buying, renting, or selling a product or service, and broadcast on the Website and Mobile Site.
- Advertiser: Any natural or legal person, of legal age, established in France, who holds an account and has submitted an announcement on the Website. Advertisers must be logged into their Personal Account to post and manage their listings. The first deposit automatically leads to the creation of a Personal Account for the Advertiser.
- Personal Account: A free space created by an Advertiser to disseminate, manage, and view their listings on the Website.
- Muelenn: The company operating the Website and Mobile Site, registered at the Trade and Companies Register of Sharjah under number 36520, with registered office at UAE-Shajah.
- Customer Service: The department within Muelenn where Advertisers can obtain additional information, accessible via email through the Website and Mobile Site.
- Muelenn Service: The services made available to Users and Advertisers on the Website and Mobile Site.
- Website: The website operated by Muelenn, accessible from URL https://muelenn.com, through which Users and Advertisers can access the Muelenn Service via the internet.
- Mobile Site: The mobile site operated by Muelenn, accessible from URL https://muelenn.com, through which Users and Advertisers can access the service via mobile phones.
- User: Any visitor who accesses the Muelenn Service via the Website and Mobile Site.
2. Subject
These Terms and Conditions establish the contractual conditions applicable to any subscription by an Advertiser connected to their Personal Account from the Website and Mobile Site.
3. Acceptance
Use of the website by an Advertiser constitutes full acceptance of these current Terms.
4. Responsibility
Muelenn cannot be held liable for non-performance or improper performance of obligations due to the Advertiser's actions, or in cases of force majeure.
5. Modification of Terms
Muelenn reserves the right to modify any or all parts of these Terms at any time. Advertisers are advised to regularly consult the Terms to be aware of any changes.
6. Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the provisions in question shall be deemed unwritten, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue to apply between Advertisers and Muelenn.
